Rob has established a hugely successful 18 year career as a professional cyclist on road and on track becoming a triple Olympic medallist and double World Champion.

 

As a true innovator & trail blazer within the industry, for the Sydney Olympics in 2000, Rob converted his handle bars using carbon fibre technology. This continued throughout his cycling career which eventually developed into a carbon repair business which he runs alongside his commentary roles and cycling events.

Mike is the Women's Team Mechanic for the Trek Segafredo Pro Tour Team. He's an ambassador for @toolboxwars & am one of an elite group to have his very own Tool-E & be part of the Tool-E Army.

 

Mike was first inspired to become a race mechanic after attending the Grunding MTB World Cups at Newnham Park, Plymouth, drawn by the colours, sights, smells & buzz of the pits.

 

Since that day, he's worked with athletes and teams across Olympic Games, World Tour Races, World Cups & World Championships.

 

Trained at; USA Race Mechanics Clinic, UCI World Cycling Centre, ATG & Cycle Systems.

 

Mike claims that his most memorable races were the Olympic Silver Medal in the Womens MTB at London 2012 with Sabine Spitz & winning Emakumen Bira & OVO Womens Tour (UCI Womens World Tour Races) with Elisa Longo Borghini & Lizzie Deignan.

Dr Bryce Dyer is Deputy Head of the Design & Engineering Department at Bournemouth University and Visiting Professor of Assistive Technology at the University of Bolton. His interests are with the ethics, design or performance analysis of technology and equipment used in elite sport.

 

He has consulted with numerous international sports bodies and has developed performance equipment for several athletes at the Paralympic Games and Paracycling World Championships.

 

Bryce has competed for Great Britain in a variety of sports himself as a masters athlete and continues to do so.
